All orders are shipped via using suitable renowned Third Party couriers. If this is your first order with us, please ensure you enter the correct billing address for the card before proceeding to your payment. This will ensure there are no delays in processing your order. You will receive on-screen confirmation of the order once your payment has been authorised, along with an email acknowledging your order and the address at which the goods will be delivered to. You will be provided with an order reference number, that can be used for any further queries regarding the purchase. In the rare case that we are out of stock of an item or there is a problem processing your payment after authorisation, we will contact you as soon as possible via email or by phone.
