Returns & Replacements Policy
Shopping at SHOPY VISION, your items should reach you within 7-10 days of your order Confirmation. In case the item of the order placed is in back order, shipping may take a little longer which will be communicated to you. No extra charges and duties on Items. Free shipping across all India Terrain.
If you think, your order is delayed than the mentioned time, please feel free to contact Us. Please ensure you have provided us all important information, including your contact number, address, area pin code to your Location. In order to ensure your ordered product reaches you safely and on time, we use renown courier services such as FedEx, DTDC, Blue Dart Couriers. We don’t compromise on your order deliveries with local courier Vendors.
In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to Bad Weather Condition and other unforeseen Circumstances.
We issue store credit for any order accepted for return and charge a restocking and handling fee of 25 per cent.
The Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.

SHOPY VISION is very keen to use renown courier services, as its very important that your product reaches you on time and proper product care being taken off by the courier Facility/Hence no physical damage in Transportation.
At SHOPY VISION, we are committed to ensure that you have hassle-free and enjoyable shopping experience. You may have received a dead-on arrival or malfunctioning product; you can ask for an exchange or refund for the former and only an exchange for the Latter.
Returns should be made within 5 Days of your Purchase. (For example, if you receive your product on 1st January, the last day to return your product is 5th of January). Product should be in original condition, undamaged Packing. Any Item(s) being retuned should also be returned with all accessories; manuals that may have been bundled with the main Product.
Product should be accompanied with original sales invoice along with returning Item(s).
In case of returns, please mail us the product details along with your order reference number and return reason along with pictures of Items. SHOPY VISION Reserves the rights to deduct handling charges of from the product being Return and process you Refunds in case of product physically damaged and Malfunctioning.
WHEN RETURNS ARE NOT POSSIBLE
There are certain conditions in which returns are not possible by SHOPY VISION. They are as Follows:
The return request is made outside the specified time Frame.
The product is damaged because of Use.
The product is not in the same state as you received It.
The item has been used and Installed.
Item with physical Damages.
The product serial numbers missing/ tempered from the main Box.
There is anything missing from the package received, including price tags, labels and original Packing.
- Product without invoice is not liable to Exchange.
WHEN REFUNDS ARE NOT PROVIDED
- SHOPY VISION Provides refunds only when the product is dead on Arrival. It is firstly verified by our quality team.
SHOPY VISION Initiates the refunds within 8-10 Days of time Span.
HOW DO I CANCEL AND ORDER?
Once the order has been made, the order cannot be canceled.
All items include manufactures Warranty.
Physical damages to items are not covered under Warranty.
Warranty time span for items are valid under manufacturer warranty Terms.
Please provide your sales invoices to claim Warranty.
Warranty is applicable across all India service Centre’s by Manufactures & SHOPY VISION Service Centre’s.

Procedure of Returns & Replacements
- Mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for return with product’s unboxing video, Returns & Replacements are not accepted without proper testing by the service centers of the product company.
- Please understand firstly you have to go to service center for knowing the proper reason what is wrong in the product then we only accept return (For Home Theatres we will give you the Customer Support number of company if any problem in the product you have to call to the Support number and technical assistance is provided to you on behalf of the product company and all the steps will be taken by the Home Theatre Company).
- Once the replacement request accepted, pickup will be generated by us.
- The replacement product is dispatched right after the pickup product is delivered to the company.
Visit the order section under “My Account” to check the status of your replacement. The replacement order is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up. Check your SMS and email for further details.
No, the item cannot be returned after the mentioned time period in the seller’s return policy.
Yes, the freebie needs to be returned along with the product.
For asking for a return, you need to mail us at email@example.com. Your request will be processed as soon as you mail us. But if return time period exceed we can’t take any actions. We only take actions if product has manufactured defects, Our technical team firstly analyze it properly and then only take the action.
